Question / Help I get up to 100% cpu usage when I start streaming with OBS

I jump up to 100% cpu usage and Ive tried everything but it wont lower it I've changed resolution/encoding bitrate etc... heres my log https://gist.github.com/anonymous/7e6ed00c279cd8552043

Lower your C920 webcam resolution from 1920x1080 to 1280x720.

I still get the issue but not as frequently its now spiking.

Stop using monitor capture, remove that source from your scene. Enable Aero and use window capture instead. Monitor capture performs very poorly in Windows 7, and window capture does too unless Aero is turned on.
