Bug Report I get this error each time i start OBS

I've reinstalled already. The only way i can open OBS right now is going through install again and telling it to ignore a missing file...

After i do ignore, it does go for updates, but says they are all already installed.

So where do i get this missing file or how do i start obs without having to re-install each time! Help appreciated.

Make sure all games and programs are closed when attempting to install OBS so it can replace in-use files.

Ok, seems i had the error with 64 bit, 32 is fine for some reason @_@ thanks!
