Question / Help I get small fps drops when i am streaming and only when i play online

Everything works just fine when i am recording but as soon as i start streaming it starts to freeze less then half a second every third second and makes it impossible to play online.

Computer specs:

i7-4790k, 4GHz

GTX 970 4Gb

12Gb RAM

Windows 10 64x

Internet speed:
Down: 98
Up: 10.65
