Hello I am using the regular version of OBS, these are my specs.
I am using these OBS settings:
x264 Encoder
3500 bitrate
CBR and CFR enabled.
Enable CBR padding.
1920x1080 with 1.5 Downscale.
60 FPS
Bilinear filter.
Normal Process Priority
veryfast CPU preset.
and main encoding profile.
When I play CS:GO I get no less than 200-300 FPS. When streaming though, I will get 150 FPS but everytime I shoot, or something it drops to 90 and I can barely move. I tried capping my FPS but it didn't help. I tried everything. Using the nvidia encoder didn't help and it sometimes delayed the audio. I tried lowering bitrate too and it doesn't help. Anybody knows how to fix this? I also tried downscaling to 480p.
