My build is an HD 7870 2 gigs vram and an fx 6300.
My download speed is 100 Mbps and upload is 70 Mbps.
I keep getting tons of dropped frames like 80 - 99 percent of my frames are dropped for zero reason.
I have streamed on twitch and youtube and both get this issue.
The weird thing is I will be at 0 dropped frames and the stream will be perfect, but like only if i start the stream and stop the stream over and over until I hit the 0 dropped frames point.
It has caused me to delay my streams a lot and I have looked everywhere and can not find an answer.
Also I am using an el gato capture card which might have some influence.
