Question / Help I fresh installed windows 10 on my computer

I'm redownloading everything back and OBS tells me that I need to download certain files for me to install. I download all of them both 64 bit and 32 bit and I try to install again and it says the same message over. It doesn't acknowledged that I've downloaded it.

Can someone help?

should at least post the filenames, else it is really hard to tell what you are missing.
