I feel like w/ my hardware I shouldn't be having issues w/ encoder overload (it does on max quality)
My recordings appear slightly jittery as well since switching to new encoder
I guess my question is shouldnt I be able to stream/record at 1080p/60 fps pretty easily?
Do I have a bottleneck somewhere?
