Question / Help I drop frames on launch

So i have a gaming laptop a msi ge72 apache pro. It has a intel i7 5th gen and 12 gigs of ram with a gtx 970m. I will leave my settings down below so you can tell me what i need to do. The second i launch obs i drop down to around 30-40 frames. What do i need to do?
