Bug Report I don't understand what's wrong with my OBS!

I've tried everything I could possibly think of to get OBS Studio to stop dropping frames and bugging my pc out. This has been going on every time I stream for the past 2 weeks. my driver is 100% up to date, windows is 100% up to date, i've uninstalled and reinstalled obs, tried every different kind different way to put my settings, etc. It's still freaking crashing my streams! here are all the logs I could find on my obs thing since i last reinstalled it.

When playing the witcher 3, OBS would cause the game to crash and my entire pc to crash with a blue or red screen for a bit. Then it would just crash the game and drop the stream with it staying at 0 frames.

It never crashed when I streamed warframe even though that's heavier on my internet so that's why I don't think it's my internet.

With Bayonetta it wouldn't crash the game but would drop down to 0 frames each time I start a new chapter and play the mini game called, "angel attack." It would also cause an error on the mini game that would say, "Ranking transmission failure: Failed to send Ranking information. Do you want to try again?"

Only way to shut down OBS when it randomly drops to 0 frames and drops the stream is by forcing it off with task manager because it wont turn off by the normal exit button.

My PC specs are:
Processor AMD Ryzen 5 1400 Quad-Core Processor 3.20GHz
Installed RAM: 8.00GB

You need to start with fixing the BSOD/RSOD issues. Those are 100% bad hardware and/or drivers. Grab BlueScreenView, run it and find out (their website is very useful) what the error messages are and fix those first.

Once those have been cleared then the other issues can be addressed.

What you told me didn't solve anything and it's only OBS that's messing up but can't figure out why it is and causing everything else to mess up with it. I'm not honestly happy with the lack of help I'm getting on this site.

As to the quality of help, did you pay for OBS? (That's a trick question, if you did, then you got ripped-off). OBS is 100% a free and volunteer effort.

That also means that everyone here is a volunteer, and quite frankly if you don't like my help then you can wait around until someone else is willing to help you (although they'll tell you the same thing if they know anything about computers) or you can figure it out on your own.

As to OBS 'causing' a BSOD/RSOD, OBS can't actually do that (as I said before). OBS doesn't run in ring2 or lower (which is the only way to cause a BSOD/RSOD). All OBS does is ask Windows to allow itself to access devices through their driver interface. Some drivers are so poorly written that doing so will cause a BSOD/RSOD.

Sometimes the driver is okay, but the hardware is bad and causes all sorts of weird issues, and that can cause a BSOD/RSOD. Sometimes a system power supply can be overloaded/not running correctly and cause weird issues, which lead to BSODs/RSODs. It could also be bad/defective memory, or some component that's overclocked, or etc., etc.

Basically (and you can check with Microsoft if you don't believe me) programs like OBS can't cause a BSOD/RSOD, all they can do is try to access your hardware, and if your hardware (or it's drivers or some lower-level running application, like anti-virus software) cause a serious issue, Windows will BSOD/RSOD.

So what did BlueScreenView (the software and the website) tell you?
