Question / Help I don't lag in game, but the recording lags?

Your CPU is too slow for recoding 720p 30fps very fast (dropped ~50% of the frames due to encoding lag).
Maybe 480p 30fps could work.

Try to set the Priority Process higher . (Settings ---> Advanced)
Doing this is gonna make obs to have higher priority than the game , so in the worst case scenario you are gonna experience fps drops in game.
