Question / Help I don't know what the recommended settings for obs are on my computer

im just trying to find the best settings obs on my laptop because right now my recordings look really blurry

Thought the information about my computer might help

This might be too obvious, so I apologize if you've already done this:
On the menu bar, click Tools, then "Auto-Configuration Wizard"
You will get a configuration that works.
If you have problems, then post them and someone that knows will help.
