Question / Help I dont know what settings to use for my PC, having lag issues and frame rate drop while streaming.

I had reinstall windows a while ago and lost all my settings which I forgot to write down can anyone help me please on the best setting for streaming, was streaming last night and notice considerable lag and frame drop. Thank you in advance.
