Question / Help I don't know what is wrong with my stream settings.

Here is all my settings, log and speedtest results. Stream freezes and the color thing on bottom right immediately goes red (see first pic).

I live in Turkey. Is it because FMS URL ? Or is it because I have too many twitch alerts stuff?
