I tried it on both PUBG and Siege. My FPS counter will be the same regardless if OBS is open or closed (100+). But If OBS is open, my in game frame rate will appear to be 60. AS SOON as I close it, I can see the difference.
Yes I have a 144hz monitor. V sync is off. My monitor is indeed set to 144hz. My game is in full screen mode (but even when it was windowed I could see the difference as soon as I closed OBS.
I'm just trying to record locally with OBS, but again, I don't even have to be recording or streaming to notice the frame rate issue.
