Bug Report I can't write with this font

Hi, may you please check why it doesn't output any text? This for works in paint.exe and wordpad.exe or example, but not in OBS.

I've managed to use it by installing program FontForge and encoding this font as latin.
Probably there is a bug/misbehaviour of OBS with fonts
An admin may edit this post and mark it as bug, for future use

OBS does not like custom fonts after reboot.
They need to be installed as for all users.
