I can't use OBS studios

I have tried multiple times to download OBS studios, and it never lets me go in. Whenever I try and open it, it says "The item 'obs64.exe' that this shortcut refers to has been changed or moved, this shortcut will no longer work properly. There is no other way to open it and I have downloaded it and deleted it many times. Thank you in advance for the support.

Most often this happens when an antivirus program mistakenly 'quarantines' the OBS executable. Cheaper ones will see the game injection capture hook as being a 'malware symptom'.
