My Laptop Can't Capture the screen when i use moniter capture D;

You can't. You either run OBS on the integrated GPU and can Monitor Capture, or on the discrete GPU (nVidia/AMD) and use Window or Game Capture.

Caps lock isn't going to help. Neither will reposting 10 minutes apart.
