Question / Help I cant stream with nvec h.264

I guys im trying to stream but i have a problem.
With x264 i can stream with no frame drop on obs but my game is kinda laggy and then my friend said to me that nvec h.264 is better to stream games i tried but my obs loses almost half of the frames .
What should i do to fix that ?
I tried in all resolutions but obs keeps 40/50% of the frames. http://imgur.com/a/TWQmz

According to the Screenshot it looks like you have those dropped frames showing on the OBS UI which doesnt really tell you much of what encoder is the reason for that but rather your connection (ISP).

Post a log and maybe try changing your ingest server and lowering your Bitrate
 
oh thanks i already solved the bug maybe the nearest server is bugged to me i changed to france and it is ok now :D
