I have spent the past three days trying to fix my stream to twitch with no success. I have read forums and looked up tutorials nothing has helped me. I tried using Xsplit which works but its very low quality and it told me I'm capable of streaming at higher quality.
PC: specs:
MOBO: ASUS crosshair IV
RAM: 8GB
Hard drive: 225 solid state
CPU: AMD Phenom II quad-core 3.4 GHz
GPU: NVidia Geforce 660 GTX with 2GB ram

down - 50mbps
up - vary between test sites but around 35 to 50 mbps

I don't know what else to do anymore I tried changing my bitrate, resolution, fps, downscale, processor priority, nothing works I still drop frames above 10% which makes no sense to me. I was able to stream once with these settings for 5 hours with zero dropped frames. Turned of my computer turned it back on the next day same settings and dropped frames like crazy. I don't know what to do anymore I'm going crazy please help.
