Question / Help I can't seem to find good settings.

I've been fiddling around with stream settings for a while, and I'm not sure why my stream isn't luscious.
I've seen people with worse PC specs than me pull off insane looking streams, and mine just seems to fail in quality.

My PC Specs:
CPU: i5 3570k @ 3.4GHz
GPU: Radeon HD 7970 @ 1100MHz
Memory: 16GB DDR3 RAM (1600)
Mobo: ASUS P8Z77-V PRO

I'm not sure if it's the CPU, I can easily overclock it, but I'm not sure if that would help.

Here's my log file in case anyone wants to check it out.

2000 is insufficient for a 1080p stream. 3000 or more is probably what you want for 1080p, if you are even able to support that much bitrate. Otherwise you should use downscale or something. If you want your stream to be more smooth you'd need to increase the FPS to like 60 or something.
