I can't see the difference between VBR and CQP

Hello, I can't see any difference between VBR 60-100k and 100-200K. Based on this, I also tried these values as CQP 17 and 20. I couldn't see any difference between them. There is only a size difference. Is there a mistake on my part or is this really the situation?
 
Yes, at some point the quality becomes indistinguishable by humans. You can still preserve more details with more bitrate / lower CQ but if you don't notice it, it's often not worthwhile.
