I cant see "Application audio capture (BETA)" in sources

Ive recently gotten into streaming, I want to add discord audio to my stream so i can call friends during stream. All youtube tutorials have this source but I dont? I have the latest OBS, Im not sure what the problem is.

The source you want to add is macOS Audio Capture. Then in configuring that, you select Application Audio and then the specific app.
