I cant remove some small black bars on the left and right

I have been trying to record some Counter-strike 2 and I have a 4:3 Stretched resolution, but my obs cant figure it out. I've been trying for half an hour and I cant get it to work properly, I've tried most of the tutorials on youtube and I cant seem to fix it. If someone knows how to fix this please tell me.
