I can't record 60 FPS minecraft footage the game stutters when recording there is literally no help lol ill just play with bandicam

So instead of 60 FPS footage I get laggy 5 FPS one even after remuxing it. 30 FPS is just too ugly and game is unplayable because of minecraft stuttering, I played with the same setting today and the footage wasnt 5 fps atleast but the game was stuttering a lot, unplayable.
