i can't put the desired bitrate for the gpu option

Hello everyone, I would like to set the bitrate to 6000 with gpu encoding but the program does not allow me. I can put 1 or 2. If I choose the x264 encoding I can put 6000. All drivers are up to date. On streamlabs obs everything works perfectly. But OBS studio no.

GPU: Radeon RX 6700 XT

CPU: Ryzen 7 5800X
