Question / Help I can't open my recorded files

I can't open my recorded files. I am trying to open one of my files in Sony Vegas but it just says : "Warning : An error occurred while loading the project file. The reason for the error could not be determined." I dont know how to fix this. Please help.

Do they open correctly in a program like VLC or MPC-HC? Vegas is probably just having an issue with the container format or a codec.

I have a similar problem lately. Every 2nd or 3rd recording of OBS is corrupted and thus far I didn't find a way to restore them. Since Twitch is muting recordings, OBS was our only source. Now that this problem occured, I have huge problem providing VODs for Youtube.

No they dont open correctly in VLC or MPC-HD Sapiens. Please help i dont know what to do :(
