Question / Help i cant move text when i edit! or it doesnt show up

I want to add stream labels and I saw a tutorial about, when I add a text, I cant move it around when I edit!
I tried it with different text file , when that I have created and one created with the obs.
I checked I'm editing scene and I can move the game and the overlay.

I cant find the reason why its not moving!

or its just not showing up
