I cant move anything. Please help

Today i wanted to record something for my channel. Opening up obs normally as always, but then i realized i cant move anything, nothing at all!
Im clicking and it doesnt show the red lines and squares to make it smaller or bigger

its unlocked and still cant move it

OMG in the Edit thing on the top, the lock preview was on, i turned it off and it works!

I don't have any sources locked anywhere, and yet I still get the STOP icon when trying to drag an icon from H2R Graphics.

What next? @H2R Graphics
