Question / Help I can't install my OBS.

I have download OBS 21.1.2 in my Windows 7 Ultimate, and it says that i need to install VCRedist_x64 and VCRedist_x84, so i download it. When i try to install OBS 21.1.2, it says that i need to intall it AGAIN, then i went to control panel, i already have download both VCRedist 2013 and 2017 and i still can't install OBS 21.1.2 please help, i have this problem almost 5 months.
