Question / Help I cant get my setting right for games! Please help

I have a youtube channel and i want to recored 2 simple games but both games end up laggy the games i want to record is Stardew Valley and Minecraft do yall have any settings that will make my video not laggy

ok i might have got the settings right but i cant record and then play back to check because when i hit the record button it records fine but when i hit stop recording it wont stop (keep in mind it says stopping recording) but the timer keeps going I'm i just dumb and doing something wrong

ok but now when I record it works fine but when I try to stop it says stopping recording and the timer keeps ticking

If you're streaming on a delay, that could happen until all the delay is played out.
