I Cant Get Application audio capture

Ive tried to do my appilcations but it just doesnt work And I dont know why I put it into priemer pro and there is no audio at all and I dont know why and the application isnt popping up in the mixer Please help (I dont know images to post so here it is what I think can help Idk)
