Question / Help I can't get any game audio in OBS

Hi I have been looking for a couple of hours on how to get game audio and i have heard a lot of stuff and nothing has worked. So i came upon this website wondering how to get game audio in OBS I had it for working for a little bit then I got off and then once i got back on to wasn't working anymore PLEASE HELP!!!

are you plugging headphones/earbuds in ur controller? evrytime time i record with headphones in i get no sound so i took em out then my sound came back lol im new also
