Hello guys, i really need your help.
I'll make it short : it's been a while since i decided to start streaming some MOBA on twitch.tv and now that i have some free time i feel like the right moment has come.
A few days ago i started to setup OBS and here comes the problem.
I've got a 100 mbps / 10 mbps inet. Now, i know that for live stream purposes i need to actually test that out on a site called testmy.net. Here is the result : http://puu.sh/kV2DG/d77581d159.png
1) Is that normal that i only receive that little amount over 10mbps?
2) What to do now?
I mean, i've put the bitrate at 600 and the stream had serious lag problems, so i lowered that by 50 and by 50 and by 50..
It arrived at 400 in order to have a "decent" stream, considering "decent" a stream without laggs because obviously the resolution was not acceptable at all.
So now what should i do? Is there any way i can get a PROPER stream running with at least a 480p and no laggs in the meanwhile? Maybe some setting i've missed or stuff like that..
I also used the OBS raccomandation thingy online in order to select the "best" possible settings to reduce laggs such as the Game capture source instead of the window one.
I'm going to attach the last log file of the day.
Thanks in advance for your help and i hope you'll be able to fix this for me.

Edit 1: If i run the speedtest.net test it gives me 5-7 mbps as upload speed.
Edit 2: If i run the speedtest.net test in the Prague server which is the one selected on twitch, it gives me 2~ as upload speed.
