When I try to download OBS Studio it says "Error opening file for writing: C:\Program Files (x86) \obs-studio\data\obs-plugins\win-capture\graphics-hook64.dll
That's not a "can't finish the download" problem anyway. You already finished the download if you get to that point.
That's a "can't finish the install" problem.
Close down OBS and ALL games you had open when OBS was open then try again.
