I cannot view I444 colour format videos

The only way for my videos to become lossless is if I change the colour format to I444 in advanced settings. But when I do this I cannot view the video. I tried to view with windows media player and photos but I cant see anything. However, if I post the video of discord I can view the video on discord. I save the video as .mp4 btw and I tried all the other formats but none of them work

Is there a way to view the videos from my folder instead of going on discord to view it?
 
1. Don't record to MP4. It's not a recording-safe format. If anything goes wrong while recording, the entire recording will be lost and 100% unrecoverable. Record to MKV.
2. The default "Movies and TV" video player app in Windows is absolutely awful. Download VLC instead. It's much, MUCH better and can play nearly any video file type out there.
