Question / Help I cannot stream with OBS

whenever i try to stream the log comes up with this line of code
23:30:40.335: [NVENC encoder: 'streaming_h264'] Failed to open NVENC codec: Generic error in an external library
23:30:40.335: Stream output type 'rtmp_output' failed to start!

I'm not sure what this means and i really need help fixing it. Thank you.

Reinstall graphic driver.

Not only reinstall, download from nvidia and reinstall the newest graphics driver available for your graphics card.

Has this worked for you? Because everything is completely updated for me but to no avail.
