Question / Help I cannot find my speakers for desktop audio device.

Heyoo :)

The Desktop Audio is the Audio recording from ure PC. That means Ingame sound etc. I have it on "Standart" and its Recording all. My Game's Teamspeak etc.

Go back to your global.ini or profile.ini (whichever one you modified originally) in %appdata%\obs and set InputDevicesForDesktopSound back to its default value of 0.

Didnt modify it and "InputDevicesForDesktopSound" isnt there under audio :(

Tried adding it and still didnt work :(

It's either in global.ini or the profile.ini you're using. It's the only way to enable the selection of a second recording device instead of the normal playback device. Many versions ago it was a checkbox, but everyone kept enabling it without knowing what it did and breaking their sound, so the GUI option was removed.

Thank you!!! I opened the "profiles" folder, found it, and set it to 0. :D Works now!
