I cannot adjust all settings.

Hi, I am new to OBS, and would like to introduce myself.
I regularly make videos to help OpenStreetMap users customize the most detailed map available.
I have recently started using OBS for this, which is why a few questions from a newbie arise.

I cannot adjust all settings.
For example, if I want to change the language, I can't because it's not selectable.
Is there a solution for this?

For several settings, you need to stop all outputs before you can change them. Stop the virtual camera, stop recording, stop streaming.

It was a good tip, and I was hopeful.
But unfortunately it didn't help.

You didn't try hard enough... If there is NDI it should be stopped too etc. etc.

Probably, a duplicated issue. If so, please point to a thread with solution. When I open settings while a brand new scene is showing, settings window opens fine and look like working fine, but if I add at least one source, settings stop opening and app starts crashing each time a Settings...

Thanks, that is a nice workaround
I can change more settings now.
It is not anymore inverted.
