Question / Help I can only seem to record track 1 audio (SOLVED CHECK COMMENTS)

Hi there I'm new to these forums, so hope I'm doing this right, I've been using OBS a while now and wanted to start making use of the multiple audio tracks that you can use, the problem I'm having is that OBS only seems to record track 1, I've attached how I've got the advanced audio settings set, I have searched this forum for a solution but all I can see is people saying its a media player problem, but I've tried that, VLC or premiere will only recognise that theres been one recording and thats my mic, how would I set this up so that I can have OBS output 3 separate audio tracks as well as the video, thanks x

This is what i do

Track 1        Desktop Audio + Microphone + Discord Audio
Track 2        Desktop Audio
Track 3        Microphone
Track 4        Discord Audio

Keep in mind select the correct container format MKV in records

MP4 is bad because possible file corruption
FLV cant handle multiple audio tracks

Simple output mode only records one track. Make sure you're in Advanced output mode, and have selected the tracks(s) you want recorded.
