I want to start streaming in twitch, I use Open Broadcast Studio (OBS), I have 5mbps of fiber optic upload, and even then I can not stream, in the OBS settings I put 3500 bit output, but when I go to stream, panel down there, where it says how many bits are coming out, and it's always between 1500 and 800 bits, and they always tell me that live n runs, and just hangs.
