Question / Help I can capture the screen, but not any single window

OBS won't detect any window (game, browser, discord), that's my major problem right now.
I'm running it on Windows 10 (64 bits), on a desktop.
I will upload the log in a couple hours, but any reply is helpful.

yes, it works. but I want window capture

Browser stuff is for window capture.
Window capturing chrome REQUIRES you to disable acceleration in chrome as of chrome 50.
Most Direct3d and OpenGL games should use game capture and not window capture.

Yes, the first option I tried was game capture, for several games.
Nothing captured, only display works.

Now I believe that Steam has to do with it.
For some reason I can capture Dota 2 now, any other game won't appear.

Provide the logs from the sessions where you tried to capture games with game capture but they failed.

Also always running OBS as administrator.

Harold, for some reason my game can be captured using window capture.
The only thing I can't capture is chrome, but it's not necessary.
