Question / Help I can´t live stream to Facebook Live after they updated the new Live studio

I tried with my old OBS 22.02 nothing!. Then, I upgraded to the latest one. Nothing.
I use Windows 7 - 64 bit.
I already changed the key and API address, it doesn´t work.
OBS tries to connect and I get a time out error.
What´s going on , please ?

Update: Misteriously, now it works without I change anything. Facebook was down do live stream ? I don´t know.

I believe in places people has problems last night Live Streaming to Facebook. I was switched to the new Facebook layout a few weeks ago and once I saw how to stream it has worked without problems, Given the huge spike in people using streaming now problems with systems will happen more often I expect

I definitely can't connect OBS to facebook live. The program sends me constant disconnection notices and tries again. Nothing is detected on facebook. I have the problem since yesterday.
Hopefully someone can help me. Thank you.
