I am trying to fix low quality (AMD)

I have tried out many videos to try to fix my quality, but it will not work.
Specs:
Processor AMD Ryzen 5 7520U with Radeon Graphics (2.80 GHz)
Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.2 GB usable)
Product ID 00342-22409-54104-AAOEM
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Pen and touch Touch support with 10 touch points

General set-up looks OK. There's no lagged frames but your audio routing should be cleaned up. Better to avoid using Global & Source concurrently.

Anyway, your system is on the thin side & since there's no GPU/VRAM, lack of available RAM may be an issue. Less than 4GB available the moment OBS was opened. Kill any apps that are not needed before opening OBS & record to a different drive if possible. It will take some load off that drive. If you notice performance degrading over time, your Virtual Memory may be causing issues & potentially causing your system to thrash.

Use a lower number here too, since you are using CQP rate control, this is your quality setting. For 1080p, try 18 & if you want more Q go to 15.

AMD control panel - Color Bit Depth.

Check your monitors specs before changing the setting. Most of the inexpensive stuff only has 6-bit monitor so the switch may place additional load on your system.
