No actually my CPU is at 20 - 30%

I put a CBR at 1800 but during recording it jumps sometime to 2xxx then go back to normal.

I really don't know what to do.

I downscale to 720p I used 30 and 60FPS

Bitrate is set to 1800 audio I put down to 128.

Profile none / main no difference
If I change from utrafast to medium also no difference

cbr is not constant number, it varies all the time, it doesnt matter

pls post a log with stream attempt in it. info in sticky post

About log - info in the link: Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...
There is some additional info about how to post a log-file, see Using menu bar section of the OBS Studio Help Guide:https://obsproject.com/forum/resour...ware-studio-multiplatform-help-guide-pdf.365/
The link (URL) you'll get you can post here.
Make sure that you'll go to post a current log-file just after streaming/recording session stopped in OBS Studio (or from last streaming/recording session with OBS Studio - previous run of the application).

dont change stream settings when stream is on...
enable vsync in game if its off
set resolution scale on video tab to 720p (image quality will be better with 540p) and fps to 30, disable scaling on output tab

23:17:13.537: Output 'adv_stream': Number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 172039 (39.6%)
so 40% of your frames are gone like poof. it may fix itself when you enable vsync or your cpu is too slow for x264 and games and you should use quicksync to free cpu (target quality, profile high)

what is your max upload speed?
Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 405 (0.1%)
either some1 is uusing your connection when you stream or your bitrate is still too close to your upload limit

Thanks for the reply. I will try every advice and will post the new log file after streaming.

Actually I have enough bandwidth. Upload is 5 MB. The game heroes and generals also uses upload. Sa maybe I try to go down to 1500 just to see how it works.

Actually I change the setting after the encoder was overloaded. But will see later today. Thanks so far for the advise. I will let you know later.

cant tell from this log because its incomplete, it only shows that you were disconnected from twitch. take a look in my signature and look for connection testing tools info
try streaming again for like 15 min, then close obs and attach latest log

yup, you can switch to 64bit executable, you are on 32bit now, and try higher bitrates like 2200 or even 3500 to improve quality
but it looks nice in log now. glad to hear it

Ok I set everything and the straeming is perfect now.

One more issue.

I want to record 60 FPS 1920x1080 so the view have a nice view on youtube.

I got sometimes that the Encoding is overloaded, just sometimes.
I put a bitrate 12000 what can you recommend me to record so i have a high quality redord?
I attached also the logfile

No actually my CPU is at 20 - 30%

Is that the CPU Usage that OBS Studio shows you?? Cause I found out that its TRAGICALLY inaccurate... Use a CPU Monitor software to get actual values... For me, when I stream, OBS Studio shows CPU Usage at 15% while my actual CPU Usage is over 70% (sometimes 80+%).
