Question / Help I am having trouble during the installing of Classic OBS

Whenever I try to install the Classic OBS 0,659b version for Windows, it is appearing that there is an "error opening file for writing:

C:\ProgramFiles(x86)\OBS\plugins\GraphicsCapture\GraphicsCaptureHook.dll

Click Abort to stop installation,
Retry to try again, or
Ignore to skip this file."

Even though I spammed the "Retry" button, it doesn't change anything. What should I do?

It looks like you've already downloaded it but are stuck installing.

This error occurs because the file is already in use or blocked by antivirus software. Reboot, then run the installer or disable any antivirus / firewall products.

Like, I'm going to rewrite the whole question. I was trying to help a friend start recording LoL videos but whenever she set the scene and the game capture (with LoL open and all the setup that worked for me, who has a worse computer), it didn't capture the screen at all. It was totally black. After some time, her frames started dropping. I told her to uninstall and install again then that message started appearing. She spammed the "Retry" button and nothing happened. She aborted. Then she tried installing again and nothing had shown up, but the problem still existed. I have her log if it helps you. Sorry for writing a different question, but this is the real problem. What should she do?

Edit: I already tryed analyzing her log. It said the request entity was too large. Anyways, here it is https://gist.github.com/4631791423e8c72160b4354551795857
