Question / Help i am having problems recording with obs

i have a r9 290 and a fx8320 and when i play games while recording like bo3 i drop from 90 fps to 20-30 fps
can i get any recommended settings for the least performance loss but still keep 1080p60fps and ok quality?

Running a game without vertical sync or a frame rate limiter will frequently cause performance issues with OBS because your GPU will be maxed out. Enable vsync or set a reasonable frame rate limit that your GPU can handle without hitting 100% usage.
