Question / Help I am dropping frames like crazy

I have don everything i have seen on these forums but my livestreams are still dropping a lot of frames. like 60% is dropped. I tried every suggestion in the post about dropped frames, I contacted comcast regarding this situation and they see nothing wrong with my internet.

I have been streaming for months now and I never had any connection issues. I started dropping frames like a week ago.
My internet is on average 110 download and 7 upload.

I attached a obs log below of one of my streams that have been extremely bad. Just out of curiosity i even did a speedtest while i was streaming and my internet was the same exact speed.

The log says I dropped frames due to internet/bandwidth connection but i'm just not sure what to do at this point. Any help would be AMAZING thank you!

Did you set some kind of custom QoL settings in your router? And by accident you did it wrongly so that instead of boosting the udp packets, used for streaming, you restricted them? Or someone else in your household?

I haven’t touched anything at all. Same settings for computer, obs, and the router
