I have a old and mid range laptop and i have it connected to my ps4 via a capture card and want to start streaming my ps4 and at one point was getting 60fps (this is not while recording or streaming) then i was not able to start recording before i updated my navidia driver which was outdated since 2018 so i did the update and now i cannot get more then 7 fps i definitely should be able to but i don’t know what to do someone help please :)
