I have always "Frame Drops" Streaming on Twitch with " Obs Studio 0.15.2 64 Bit Win 10 "

I have more problems wit "Obs Studio" then Obs.

but why?

Because your internet connection isn't great and classic has some workarounds that sometimes help when that is the case.
