Question / Help HyperX Cloud II headset - USB Sound Card

Hello guys,

I ask for your help as last resort. I've got a problem with my HyperX Cloud II headset during recording / streaming.

The problem is that the microphone input gets everything from the output as well. I made a test when I was only recording my microphone input and the you could hear the in-game sounds. It was quiet and bad quality but you could hear it...

I unplugged the microphone from the headset and the in-game sounds were still there.

I am using the USB Sound Card of the headset and when I unplugged the main jack from the sound card the sounds with my own were gone. So the problem is with the USB Sound Card. I know it I just don't know how to fix it and I hope you might just know the answer.

No, we don't know the answer. OBS Studio is capture devices. You can choose device to capture in Settings>Audio or specify it as Source in Sources list.

Thank you for you reply but it turned out that the problem is in the usb sound card of the headset.

I contacted the support and they are sending a new one so I hope it's gonna be fixed soon.
